Alex Gomes works mainly in structured transactions, advising small, medium and large companies, including both national and international clients.

Alex has experience in M&A transactions involving public and private companies, startups, cross border transactions, special situations, distressed transactions, as well as commercial and real estate contracts. Furthermore, Alex has experience in structuring Long-Term Incentives plan (ILP) (e.g., stock options, phantom shares and matching) and partnerships, as well as drafting and negotiating instruments for hiring C-Level executives.

Among the sectors in which it operates, it is worth highlighting its experience in the real estate, agribusiness, energy, health and technology sectors, among others.

Alex is a member of the Legal Committee of the Brazilian Rural Society.
